DWfL Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Standards
Diversity Works for London offers two Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Standards both tailored to meet the needs of business of all sizes and sectors.
The Procurement Standard for those wishing to put in place and provide evidence of equality compliance helping you to meet public sector EDI criteria as aprt of a PQQ process.
The Gold Standard for those wishing to differentiate themselves as leaders in EDI best practice. It consists of a comprehensive set of good practice statements which address all aspects of business performance including the workforce, marketplace and suppliers. The Standard is stretching but achievable and flexible enough to recognise that organisations have different equality and diversity objectives that are appropriate for them and relevant to their industry and sector.
To attain the Gold Standard you will need to demonstrate best practice across a wide range of protected groups and business functions.
