The terms diversity, equality and equal opportunities are often used interchangeably, yet they refer to very different approaches and strategies. There is not a universally accepted definition of the difference between equality and diversity but this document provides an overview of some of the key differences between the two which may be helpful when developing and supporting the equality and diversity strategy in your workplace.
