"At BLP we recognise the benefits of a diverse workforce and we’re putting an action plan in place to build on our existing diversity initiatives. We’re recognised for our people management and we’re keen to keep improving. We’re using the Gold Standard toolkit to highlight areas of improvement for the firm and to assist in prioritising an action plan to achieve Gold Standard accreditation. We’ve already started working to enhance our diversity strategy and improve those areas where we are not yet excelling".
