Overview

Diversity Works for London (DWfL) supports the implementation of diversity within the workplace across London’s business network. DWfL is unique in its approach to equality and diversity and provides support across all areas of a business operation and across the six strands – age, disability, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and religion or belief.

As a centre of expertise on equality and diversity for London’s businesses, DWfL:

  • Provides information on all aspects of equality and diversity in business performance
  • Promotes an understanding of the business case for diversity
  • Encourages and supports employers to promote equality and diversity in the workplace
  • Enables greater integration of ‘diverse’ businesses through supplier diversity.
