The Gold Standard is comprehensive, stretching but achievable and flexible enough to recognise that organisations have different needs and require equality and diversity objectives that are appropriate for them and relevant to their industry and sector.
Once you have self-assessed your organisation as Gold in all six sections, you can request that DWfL validates your results. On successful completion of the validation, you can publicly promote your organisation as having reached the DWfL Gold Standard for Diversity.
