Diversity Works for London (DWfL) helps businesses to harness the benefits of a diverse workforce and supplier base.  DWfL is the only London based organisation providing equality and diversity expertise across all the six strands – age, ethnicity, disability, gender, religion or belief and sexual orientation – across all aspects of business, including workplace, workforce, market place and supplier base.

In addition to our free, comprehensive toolkit for both SME’s and large businesses, our website is supported by a range of guidance and good practice case studies that informs users of their specific business needs and which is informed by our research programme. Our research programme aims to:

• To provide core content for the programme as a whole
• To build a knowledge base of diversity information which is of practical relevance to businesses and provides practical solutions to business challenges
• To contribute to the promotion of the programme by raising the profile of diversity and the benefits of diversity to business.
