I get an error message when I try to submit the registration form
This may be due to your technical environment or computer. You may wish to contact your IT Department to ensure cookies are enabled and your settings are correct.
I get a message saying ‘There was an error inserting your registration details into the system’
Please remove all apostrophes from the registration fields.
I get a message saying that my email address is already registered but I can’t log-in
After you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with a link. You need to click on the link in the email to validate your email address. If you get an error message on clicking the link you may wish to contact your IT Department to ensure cookies are enabled and your settings are correct. If you think that you have not been sent the confirmation email please check your spam box.
I can’t log-on to the website
Clearing your cache should solve this problem. You can clear you cache by following the steps below:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools and Internet Options
3. Click on Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear History
4. Restart Internet Explorer
