Our diversity masterclasses enables diversity practitioners and business champions to drill down to a practical level on specific areas regarding diversity business management and implementation. Our past events have focused on good practice discussion around flexible working and measuring progress.

Sector events

 
Our sector specific forums are high level seminars aimed at senior executives and feature prominent business speakers. The objective for these events focus around the business case and sharing good practice as well as establishing networks for mutual support and learning. Previous events have been held with the hospitality sector, construction, utilities and professional services.

DWfL workshops

 
Ensuring supplier diversity is an increasingly important area to consider in an organisation’s diversity strategy. DWfL Supplier Diversity workshops support the equality and diversity learning of companies and their respective supply chains. We have worked previously with Siemens who found this opportunity an effective way to reach out to a large mass of companies and SMEs in particular.
