As part of our sector events programme, on 10th November 2008 Diversity Works for London held a breakfast session to discuss the business imperative of good diversity practices in the IT sector. A range of companies attended, including Capgemini, National Grid, HBOS, Herbert Smith and BAE Systems. Paul Campayne, Head of DWfL provided the context for the discussion, outlining the business arguments for good diversity practices, and the support provided by DWfL through its Gold Standard Diversity Toolkit and Accreditation (www.diversityworksforlondon.com).
